My sentimental friend

Thanks, Leah, for reminding me of this word which has not come to mind again for like 5 years. I first stumbled on this word while in lower secondary school, and I fell in love with the word immediately, because it sounds melancholic and it looks sentimental. I took secret pride in imagining I was the only one in the class to know the word ‘melancholy’. Thank you Leah for reminding me of my adolescent days, when I loved moody words.
